In the wake of the hateful demonstrations, violence, and act of terrorism perpetrated by white supremacists in Charlottesville, Va., the weekend of August 12–13, communities across the country have been coming together to #StandWithCharlottesville. Ours is no different.

Organized by Indivisible Indiana District 2, the Charlottesville Solidarity Vigil drew hundreds of people to South Bend’s Jon Hunt Plaza on the evening of Monday, August 14. Among them were Pete Buttigieg, South Bend’s mayor, and members of the St. Joseph County Democratic Party.

Below are just a few images from the vigil.
